Borussia Dortmund is one of the most successful and popular football clubs in the world. In 2022, the club leadership visited Israel to strengthen social and business ties with its Israeli partners and with the official Israeli fan club. During their time in Israel, the executives visited Yad Vashem, hosted a gala event, and received a prestigious award from KKL-JNF for their efforts in combating Anti-Semitism and honoring the memory of the Holocaust. Their visit culminated in a meeting with the Israeli Dortmund fan club. The event provided a unique opportunity for Israeli fans to meet and interact with their favorite players, and to learn more about the history and culture of the club.
