Eli is one of Israel’s most prominent strategic advisors, widely recognized for his deep understanding of the public, media, and regulatory arenas. With more than 30 years of experience in strategy and issues management, he advises leading global corporations as well as major Israeli companies, both public and private.
Eli began his career at Ma’ariv, one of Israel’s leading daily newspapers, where he served as legal-economic editor, later becoming the paper’s UK Bureau Chief in London, and eventually a senior diplomatic correspondent. He went on to hold several senior strategic roles in the public sector, including Communications Advisor to the Minister of Defense and Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor to the Minister of Transport and Deputy Prime Minister. More recently, he served as a consultant to the Ministry of Defense on the national campaign surrounding Israel’s defense budget.
In 2009, Eli founded KAMIR Strategy, which became one of Israel’s leading strategy and communications consulting firms. Under his leadership, the KAMIR team advises top Israeli and international companies operating at the center of public discourse, guiding them through complex media, regulatory, and strategic challenges.
