While Israel’s solar energy industry grows rapidly, wind energy is experiencing enormous difficulties. These difficulties arise from various reasons, the most prominent of which are red tape, security concerns, and opposition by some environmental organizations. Our firm has been hired by one of the leading sustainable energy companies in Israel to provide issue management services as it was working vigorously on establishing Israel’s first large wind farm in the Golan Heights. Our firm also provided strategic planning services, as well as research and analysis services in order to address the issue at hand, until this important project finally broke through all its various obstacles and is currently being built on the ground.
