Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists in Israel, established by the Blavatnik Family Foundation, are granted as part of a cooperation agreement between the New York Academy of Science and the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities. The awards are aimed to support and advance scientists and engineers at the beginning of their professional research careers. These awards are among the largest created for early-career researchers, and are meant to aid in advancing breakthroughs in science and technology. We at KAMIR provided comprehensive communications services, including media coverage, at every stage of the project, from the launch of the awards in Israel, to the Award Laureate reception at the President’s Residence, to the formal award ceremony in Jerusalem. The Blavatnik Family Foundation actively supports education, science, culture and charity organizations around the world.
