Gil is an Analyst in KAMIR’s research department, specializing in media monitoring, research, analysis, and media strategy. Well-versed in both Israeli and international media landscapes, he consistently brings sharp, informed, and wide-ranging perspectives to his work.
In his previous role at an Israeli startup, Gil researched fake news and international incidents using Bayesian inference methods, working across diverse subject areas including public health, military conflicts, and criminal cases.
Gil holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations (with French and Italian) and a master’s degree in Modern Middle Eastern Studies, both from the University of Cambridge.
