Talya is a Partner and Head of the Strategy Department at KAMIR. She brings over two decades of experience in communications strategy across the public sector, including government ministries and local authorities, alongside deep expertise in political communications consulting.
Combining sharp analytical thinking with creative, out-of-the-box insight, Talya excels at crafting strategic plans and delivering high-value guidance in complex decision-making processes.
Throughout her career, she has served as Communications Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transportation, and as Director of the Strategy Department and Spokesperson for the Municipality of Rishon LeZion, Israel’s fourth-largest city.
Talya holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management Academic Studies and a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University.
