Talya possesses nearly two decades of communications strategy experience in the public sector, including government ministries and local authorities, as well as extensive experience in political communications consulting. Talya brings together sharp and analytical thinking, along with creative, out-of-the-box insights to expertly develop strategic plans and provide added value in decision-making processes. She has served as communications advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transportation, as well as Director of the Strategy Department and Spokesperson for the Municipality of Rishon LeZion, the fourth-largest city in Israel.
Talya holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University.
